Your ticket includes:

• Weekend access to ENTER LAN
• Table [approx. 1.2 meters of desk space per person]
• 1 x chair
• 1 x LAN cable with access to high-speed internet
• 2 x plug points for your monitor and PC/console
• Access to online tournaments operated by ACGL

Please bring the following:

• ID or driver’s licence for accreditation
• PC or console
• Updated antivirus, drivers, game patches and all other system installs
• Monitor [max size: 32 inch]
• Gaming peripherals ie. headset, mousemat, keyboard, mouse or controller
• Dedicated cables for your monitor and gaming device
• Sleeping equipment ie. blankets, blow-up mattresses and pillows
• Toiletries – please remember to freshen up
• Change of clothes [duh, but also please]
• Your food and drinks

Please note procedures when you arrive:

• Security will instruct you on the off-loading, parking and admissions protocols – please listen to the security for your own safety
• You will be greeted by the ENTER LAN admins who will scan your ticket, give you a wristband and a quick event brief
• Choose your seat: first-come-first-serve
• LAN announcements will start at 8 PM on Friday
• You will be encouraged to join the Discord to stay up to date with the announcements
• Register for tournaments at the Admins desk
• All gamers will receive a “Rescue Pack’ from our sponsors
• A LOT OF GAMING to follow

Step-by-step:

• GPS to The Outlore Base, 80 Hout Street, Cape Town
• Turn into one of the designated loading bays in front of the venue and followthe security’s instructions
• Once you have dropped off your gear, return to your vehicle and follow the security’s parking instructions

• Return to the venue to set up your gaming station

The event IP is owned by LINOKE (PTY) LTD and organised by the sole owner of the brand, Julia Robson. ENTER LAN is in strategic partnership with African Cyber Gaming League www.acgl.gg who will be in charge of networking, cabling and tournament operations.

The event will offer fibre connectivity via a gigabit connection with ample bandwith to all attendees. We encourage online gaming and live streaming to all ticket holders. Shout out to our amazing partners, Clear Access.

The venue does not get affected by loadshedding. There will be no generators or backup power. Each station will be given 2 x three-point plug ports. Normal 3-point plugs are fine, no need for red flat-pin earth plugs. Please consider leaving unnecessary devices and multiple monitors at home.

No, this is the real deal – we sleep under our desks. Please bring your sleeping equipment. There is enough space provisioned for attendees to not restrict the walkway when taking a break from gaming. Feel free to book accommodation nearby, or contact an admin for support.

No, please bring your own toiletries to keep yourself fresh. We encourage those with gym memberships to visit the nearest health club for a refresher. We take personal hygiene seriously. ENTER LAN will provide necessities such as deodorant, toothpaste and clean lavatories for all attendees’ convenience.

Attendees can bring their own food and drinks to the venue. Please be mindful of others, we want to create a safe and clean space for everyone.

No, please take care of your belongings by bringing a backpack and leaving the venue with all loose items and personal belongings. You are responsible for all your belongings.

The venue is airconditioned.

Yes, the terrace will be made the designated smoking area. No vaping, smoking or e-cigarettes are allowed inside the venue.

We will have a day pass available at the door in very limited amounts to ensure the safety and security of the attendees. Please contact an admin if you are interested in bringing a spectator.
